A Inter Milan (Italy) v Feyenoord (Netherlands)
B AC Milan (Italy) v Borussia Dortmund (Germany)

First leg ties to be played April 4.
Second leg ties to be played April 11.

May 8 at Feyenoord Stadium, Rotterdam
Winners of semifinal A will be the home side.
